Ascend is not detox or emergency care
Tikkun Ascend does not provide medical detoxification or acute psychiatric care. If you may need medical detox, that step happens first, in an appropriate medical setting. If you are in immediate danger, call 911, or call or text 988.
Admission is by screening
Submitting the “Start the Conversation” form begins a conversation. It is not an application you can pass or fail, and it is not an offer of a place. Every prospective participant goes through individual screening, and we may conclude that something other than Ascend is the right next step for you.
