Short version: this website describes a program and invites a conversation. It is not a contract, it is not medical care or medical advice, and filling in the form does not enroll you in anything.
Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
It describes Tikkun Ascend, a program of Tikkun Ha'Nefesh, and gives you a way to start a conversation with us about it.
It is not an offer, and it is not a contract. Submitting the form is an enquiry. Taking part in the program depends on a conversation, a screening, and a separate written agreement signed by both of us. Nothing on this page commits either of us to anything.
Applying does not mean you will be accepted. Ascend is not right for everyone, and part of our job is saying so honestly when it is not.
This is not medical care
Tikkun Ascend is an experiential and spiritual program. It is not medical care and it is not clinical care. It is not therapy. It is not psychiatric treatment. It is not treatment for addiction, or for any other condition. We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing here — not this website, not the form, not a conversation with us — creates a clinical relationship between us.
Nothing on this website is medical, psychological, psychiatric or clinical advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship of any kind between us.
Tikkun Ascend does not provide medical detoxification, emergency psychiatric care, or treatment for acute medical conditions. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional, and you should not delay seeking that care, or disregard advice you have been given, because of something you read here.
Decisions about medication are between you and your prescriber. We do not advise anyone to start, stop or change medication.
Who this is for
This website and this program are for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not use the form if you are under 18.
What you tell us
The form asks about substances, health and safety for one reason: to work out whether Ascend is safe and right for you, or whether you need something else first. It is a safety screen. It is not a diagnosis, it is not a clinical assessment, and it is not treatment — nobody here is diagnosing or treating anyone. Please answer honestly and completely. We make decisions based on what you tell us, and an incomplete answer can lead to the wrong decision — including accepting someone who should have been directed somewhere safer first.

Using the site
Please do not use this website to break the law, to impersonate anyone, to send us anything malicious, to interfere with how the site runs, or to collect information about other people. Please do not submit the form on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.
Our content
The text, photography, video, design and marks on this website belong to Tikkun Ha'Nefesh or are used with permission. You are welcome to read it, share a link to it, and quote it with credit. Please do not republish it as your own or use it commercially without asking.
